Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Artisan Farm Stand! Below you’ll find details about how and when we ship our handmade goods.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, but may occasionally use UPS or other carriers depending on the size or destination of your order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the U.S. International delivery times vary by destination and customs regulations.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Artisan Farm Stand is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or packages lost in transit. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Local Pickup or Events
Occasionally, we offer local pickup or event delivery—please contact us directly if you’d like to arrange that.
